Self-talk? Is really an important behavior to do?

I don’t think no one in the world never does self-talk. You thinking something and you voiced it to yourself. The substance of self-talk is also important. People doing self-talk for releasing themselves into more clearly state. People rarely thought outright and clearly about anything. Thinking is actually hard. Becoming harder, if you don’t know the issues, the problems, and even yourself.

You could make yourself enlighten by making a mindfulness state. But, it’s really hard when you just haven’t comfortable with yourself. Plus, it’ll be uneasy if you never know how you think about something. The first step is talking out anything inside your mind. Everything. When you just think you’re hungry, you making an optional food to choose, you can talk it out so make choosing a food easier. “Hmm. I want to eat pizza, but it’s expensive. The burger is cheaper than a pizza. But, it’s junk food, ah big no. I have no choice, then. I’ll buy a salad.” That is an easy problem which you’ll think “ah, I can say it in my mind. Why should I talk it out?”

Yep, but if the substance that you think is a big problem, you become confused junk. Just say it clearly out of your mind. You can aware of what you really say about it. What the words are that you said before. You’ll aware that you said something wrong. You’ll aware your words contradict or mismatched to what do you really mean. Besides, saying it repeatedly help you know what the meaning really is.

Self-talk making you understand yourself more. Same as talking to other people then you become to understand them more, you know yourself more by talking to your mind. Making interaction with the self is pleasing. Even it’s not pleasing, you’ll know a little bit what you are. What you are as a person, not an object. You are as something that can feel, think, and do.

Just talk it out. Talk it out and interact with yourself. You and yourself can be the best relationship in the world than anyone else.

Making yourself an exceptional in every interaction, and you’ll be the most important person in your life.

TV SHOW SCI-FI, MYSTERY, & SUPERNATURAL REVIEW! #3

Part 3 (Castle Rock, Undone, Maniac, Channel Zero) Again, having fun ride with me!! Let’s go Castle Rock  Castle Rock adapted from Stephen King’s novels. Castle Rock's popularity was rising after It, a movie that adapted also from Stephen King's novel . Castle Rock season one is my favorite than the second because the story is more scary and layered. It combines horror, mystery, and a little bit of science fiction so well. At first, it was more horror and mystery. A police found a strange man in a cage. The strange man gives several unlucky events to the people in Castle Rock. He called as the devil. But, who is he actually? The performance of Bill Skarsgard is never disappointed. He shows one of his best performances besides his performance as Pennywise in It. At the end of season one, the twist unfolds. This was when the story become more into science-fiction and supernatural. The second season is much different than the first; there are dead people becoming zombies and the...

Happy Reading #3

Hello! Welcome to the third batch of my reading routine. It has been so loongg, I didn't post something about books. I have something more important right now, so my reading routine has lef out awhile from my life.  Those books (Inferno excluded) have been in my list since July 2021. I've read 3 of them and I will write the "standalone" review later. First of all, I share you some hints about my four new books.  1. The Craftsman (by Sharon Bolton) When I found this book in BBW, I was honestly intrigued by the sypnosis. This book has some exciting elements, which are witchcraft and mystery. It look promising, thereby this book will be the last one I read. 2. The Fourth Monkey (J.D.Baker) This one is the first book from The First Monkey series. The book focused on the mystery of a death of infamous criminal. The duo detective in this case and the rest of team tried to find the truth behind the death, is  the criminal that they really seek after for a long time, or ju...
