Just second month in 2021, i have already bought 4 books. That is so satisfying, yet regretful??? (money hiks). However, I am sure that i spent my money for more valuable fiction novels than before. I haven't finished (only) a book from those I bought last November 2020. My reading routine was a chaos back then, hence I am trying to read routinely again. So, these 4 new novels will be my next read-list that may never be ended.
From top to bottom:
1. Inferno by you know who. I know, I know, it is actually late to read my first Dan Brown book, especially while the book has been filmed. But, it's still worth for trying.
2. Rivers of London by the one of popular script-writer for TV Show. The book has released its 6th. I wonder that i can read (and buy) all of the books in this series? The book mainly told about magic and fantasy in modern England (especially the beloved city London). 3. Recursion!!! The book is a gift from my bestie. It is the winner of goodreads choice awards in science fiction genre and is written by the writer of the astonishing book; Dark Matter (which i haven't read). I always like the idea of false memory and the style of mind-blowing story (black mirror fans will like this). 4. The Wall of Storms by the one of my favorite writer. I have written the review about Paper Menagerie and other stories in this blog and the writer is the same as this book. This book is the second book from the trilogy of Dandelion Dynasty, however i haven't read the first one (i want to read the first book, but i found it difficult to get). The book has the longest pages than my novels that i have until now, but i enjoyed the book. The story itself is about the kingdom and everything in it including how to maintain the government (name of all the conflict will be occured, intrigue, bloodshed, wars). However, the special touch from Liu and his Chinese-framework in writing made this novel different than Young Adult Fantasy or other Monarch novels. I am still catching up the four books that i bought last 2020, I wish can finished all of those books. Expectedly, around the mid-2021, I may buy new novels again because i have so many book bucket list or wanna be my read-list. Happy reading, folks (emm, geeks!)
